Ketnal Creations is a design and digital marketing studio in Ballito. We work with established South African businesses whose digital presence has to carry real commercial weight, not just exist.
Why we exist
Most websites are built to launch. We build them to earn.
A site that goes live and then sits still is a brochure with a hosting bill. The work that matters happens after launch: the search positions it holds, the enquiries it converts, the impression it leaves on somebody deciding whether to trust you.
So we build the whole system rather than the page. Design, development, search, hosting and content sit with one team, under one standard, with one number to call. That is unusual for a studio our size, and it is the entire point of it.
We use AI where it genuinely sharpens the work: research, drafting, imagery, testing more variations than a manual process allows. Strategy, design judgement and the final craft stay firmly human.
We would rather talk you into a smaller build that works than a larger one that flatters everybody's ego and nobody's revenue.

If a tactic will not work for your business we say so before you have paid for it, even when saying so costs us the line item.
Speed as a feature
A slow site loses enquiries and rankings quietly. Performance is a requirement in every build, not an optimisation we sell you later.
Nothing held hostage
Your domain, hosting and site are registered in your name. If you leave, you leave with everything and without an argument.
Work we will sign
Every site in our portfolio is one we would put our name to. We would rather turn a project down than ship something we have to explain.
The process
Five stages, no mystery about where you are.
You get a dated schedule at kickoff and a named person to ask. Nothing on this list happens without you having seen it first.

Discover
A working session on what the business actually needs the site to do, who it needs to convince, and what has not worked before. We look at your search visibility and your competitors in the same sitting.

Plan
Sitemap, page-by-page intent and the keywords each page is being built to earn. You approve the structure before a single pixel is drawn, because structure is the expensive thing to change later.

Design
The homepage and one interior template, designed properly and shown to you on a real device rather than as a flat picture. We iterate on this until you are genuinely happy, then the rest follows the system.

Build
Development on a staging URL you can watch. Performance, accessibility and search fundamentals are built in as we go, not bolted on at the end when they are hardest to fix.

Launch and grow
Redirects mapped, analytics and Search Console connected, a walkthrough of the admin recorded for your team. Then the ongoing work: monitoring, maintenance and the search programme that compounds.
